Getting started
$ npm install react-native-radial-gradient --save

$ react-native link react-native-radial-gradient
Manual installation
iOS
- In XCode, in the project navigator, right click
Libraries
➜Add Files to [your project's name]
- Go to
node_modules
➜react-native-radial-gradient
and addSRSRadialGradient.xcodeproj
- In XCode, in the project navigator, select your project. Add
libSRSRadialGradient.a
to your project'sBuild Phases
➜Link Binary With Libraries
- Run your project (
Cmd+R
)
Android
- Open up
android/app/src/main/java/[...]/MainApplication.java
- Add
import com.surajit.rnrg.RNRadialGradientPackage;
to the imports at the top of the file - Add
new RNRadialGradientPackage()
to the list returned by thegetPackages()
method
- Append the following lines to
android/settings.gradle
:include ':react-native-radial-gradient' project(':react-native-radial-gradient').projectDir = new File(rootProject.projectDir, '../node_modules/react-native-radial-gradient/android')
- Insert the following lines inside the dependencies block in
android/app/build.gradle
:compile project(':react-native-radial-gradient')
If you've defined project-wide properties in your root build.gradle
, this library will detect the presence of the following properties:

Props
colors
An array of at least one color value. Color can be represented using string(i.e 'red', 'blue', 'black' etc.) or in #RRGGBB format.
center
An optional array of float value. If provided, it must contain x and y coordinate of the center of the gradient.
If nothing is provided then the center of the gradient will be at the middle of the element.
radius
A float value of the radius of the radial gradient. By default it is min(width/2,height/2)
